Shyam Fitness Company provides health and fitness services, including but not limited to:
- Gym memberships

- Fitness and wellness classes

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to access our services. Users below 18 must have parental consent.
3. Membership and Payments
- Memberships must be paid in advance according to the plan selected (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
- Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Late payments may result in service suspension.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- No refunds are provided for missed classes or sessions.
5. Code of Conduct
All members must:
- Treat staff and other members with respect
- Wear proper workout attire and footwear
- Refrain from abusive language and disruptive behavior
Violation may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.
6. Health Disclaimer
By joining, you confirm that you are physically fit to participate. Consult your doctor before beginning any fitness program. Shyam Fitness is not liable for injuries resulting from negligence or medical conditions.
7. Use of Personal Data
We collect personal data for the purpose of service delivery and internal record-keeping. Your data will not be shared with third parties without consent. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
8. Liability Waiver
You agree that Shyam Fitness is not liable for:
- Any injuries or damages arising from participation
- Loss or theft of personal belongings within the premises.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Delhi,India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Delhi.
